Geese are being bullies

Hi everyone! I am new to BYC. I was given 4 American Buff Geese. I am not sure if they are males or females. Without vent sexing is there anyway to tell? They live at our pond so catching them to do that would be impossible. We have noticed that one of them is being bullied by the other 3. They run he/she away from food and when swimming he/she swims with the others but at about 5ft away from them. This has just started this spring (within the last month). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you take good pictures of the geese we can sex them.
Sounds like 2 males are great buddies chasing the other male meaning there is only one female by the sounds of it.
