Tell the difference on new chicks?

Getting 25 barred rock chicks, unsexed and 25 meat birds. Just wondering if you can tell the difference between them all. Want to keep them all together for the first 3 weeks. Any ideas on this? Thank you.

What type of meat bird?

BRs will be black/white and Cornish X will be yellow as chicks. Also the meat birds will quickly outgrow (and outpoop) the layers

My meat birds will be cornish rock giants and i will butcher the barred rock roos also. Will have to keep one rock roo just to keep the hens happy. I am hoping to keep them all together for the first 3 weeks. Will i be able to tell the difference between the rock roos and pullets? I thought i read that the rock roos will have a white spot on head and the pullets will be mostly black. But then i saw a pic some one posted of 3 little rock pullets and they had white on there heads.
