Is this banding?

We rescued these ducks about 4.5 weeks ago. We estimate they were about 2-3 days old when we got them which makes them about 5 weeks old. We have no clue what type they are. They seem like they're going to be pretty big. Now that they're getting older we are hoping for some ID. Guesses when they were tiny were golden 300's, silver appleyards or mixes. I'm curious if this feather pattern is banding and would that make them Muscovies if it is? They don't have the facial features of a Muscovy but maybe it's too early? The male also has these pretty black bands on his wings. I tried to get a pic of it.

They look like Muscovy mixes to me.
