Not in the ear canal but inside the ear like a liquid squishy pillow inside his floppy ear. Any idea what to do about it?

Vets around here value your money more than your pet and if you don't have the money they won't see your pet. So I need help. I don't get paid til the 30th.

Sounds like a hematoma. Generally, they will go down on their own, but without surgical intervention, the ear will be misshapen once it heals.

Aural Hematomas (blood pockets in the ear flap) can occur secondary to ear infection, so check the ear canal as well for inflammation, debris, or discharge. If the hematoma continues to expand, or involves a large portion of the ear, treatment would be best. If it is small, soft, not expanding, and there is no infection in the ear canal, it may resolve without treatment. She will likely have a crinkly ear after - like a cauliflower ear.
