a day old turkey weigh? Just curious. I ordered five from Meyer and the info says the box weighs two pounds. I was hoping they might throw in a few chick packing peanuts, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Two lbs (box included) is nothing! TIA!

Log into your Meyer acct and then click on the tracking tab at the bottom. It tells you the weight, tracking #, etc. Not sure if the USPS has that on their site.

I just set a day old Bourbon Red on the scale and he was 50 grams, a little under 2 oz. Figure a day old BBB comes from an egg about 30% heavier, so 65 grams, times 5 turkeys, 325 grams, 11.4 oz. The rest will be packaging and rounding.
