Hi there! I just found this site. I am just starting out with chickens. I have two New Hampshire chicks and one BO chick who just moved in to their brand new coop! Also have three new chicks on the way- one barred rock, one white rock, and one EE. We are located in Tacoma, WA. Can't wait to check this site out!

Thanka everyone! Nobody stays in the carrier, I used it to get them all out from inside the house lol. I can't wait for my new chicks to come!

Thanks all. Getting two barred rock and one more buff Orpington tonight. Decided to buy local and avoid shipping fees. That will complete my little flock, which will consist of two BOs, two new hampshires, and two barred rocks. All girlies (hopefully lol!). I will post pics tomorrow.

Oh, the new buff I am getting is 9 weeks old already. All the other chicks are closer to 5 weeks. Is this going to cause any issues?
