Parts needed for cabinet incubator

I have just built a 2x2x3 homemade cabinet incubator. I have everything some inside but just don't know what parts to order. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money on parts, but if someone could please help me with the parts

Heat element ..... set it up like this.... on the top or in front of the fans.... In front of the fan is best.....




Use a 110 fan like this.... 5", I like two side by side..... fits in the hole behind the element




Wafer thermostat......

So all I need is the heat element the fan the wafer. How do you set up the wafer

Not my video but lays it out.... IMHO, you'll be miles ahead if you avoid water heater thermos..... They was not designed to control ambient air temp.....

Here are a few different set ups.... all work well. element stretched in front of fan is best thou.... I use the dual fan model most as the air loop is faster and smaller temp differential from beginning to end of heat cycle... Fans should run anytime it on....
