Male or female!!! UPDATED

Ok I have already asked this but it's been another week and there is NOTICIBLE differences in my two chicks. They were both born on the same night. They are both 2 weeks old now. One of them has really long wings and pronounced tail feathers. The wings are detailed and big. The other chick has no tail feathers and tiny wings? Also on the bigger chick you can see that the breast is a lot more puffy than the small one. I am really confused. ( the pictures go for chick size in big-small-small-big)

What breed are they supposed to be? I see one has a white spot on the head and the other doesn't. That could be a clue as to gender, if we knew what breed they are.

Yah they are supposably black queen chickens and they both have a white dot on their head.
