Chipping egg- help!

I tried to put chirping baby egg under momma and she moved- his egg is cracked and he's moving...
I don't have a thermometer so I don't know if it's too hot or if he's better cooler

Looks like it's going to hatch. I think you should buy a thermometer. The chick should be at 90 degrees the first day, or under the hen.
