Are wyndonettes slow feathering?

I have 10 EE pullets and 4 wyndonette pullets in a brooder right now. I had planned to put the in the coop at 4 weeks (with a low wattage heat lamp), but I've noticed that the wyndonettes arent feathering out as quickly as the EE are. They are all the same age and have had the same environment since they were 2 days old.

Yes, I think its normal for them to feather-out slower. I know that my chicks are in a mixed flock and they are all feathering out at different times.
