I noticed this morning that my ducklings feet are peeling a little bit. Is this normal?

yes, this is perfectly normal.
Their legs grow very fast when they are young and the skin doesn't grow the same way as a person's skin does. It's more like a reptiles that needs to shed its skin as it grows.
