My rooster is crowing!!!

I went down to the brooder last night and my 1 month old blh rooster was crowing. I didn't think he was crowing at first. When he trys to crow he raises his hackle feathers and almost falls backwards lol. He has been crowing today to. I have finally got a rooster again.

I didn't know what was going on at first since he sounded real high pitched then I realized he was crowing. This his my first time having a baby rooster, my other 5 (R.I.P.) were full grown when I got them.
