It's adorable! I already have a coop though. 
ChaCha - a rescued sweater game hen, Nellie - a bantam blue orpington, Eva - a white splash silkie, Lapis - a blue silkie, 2 split lavender ameraucana, 1 SeramaX, 1 Black Silkie, and 5 EE/SilkieX, 19 Coturnix, 13 Buttons, 1 OTTB, 3 Dogs, 3 Cats, 3 Koi/Goldfish...just missing the partridge in the pear tree.

I live close enough to be tempted but looking at it objectively it is an ideal playhouse and a less than optimal starting point for a coop. 12' tall with a 6x6' footprint and probably a bear to takedown and transport. Only could justify it for the materials or if the unit is framed in a manner that would allow me to make each "floor" a separate coop without a total rebuild from scratch. Even then a large shipping crate or better yet a medium size shed are more functional, not to mention less work and $ to convert to a coop. Unique items on craigslist always look better from a distance.LOL. Think this one would be wasted if it did not go to someone with young kids for use as an incredible playhouse. Just my opinion.
One DW, one DD, one DS, 6 Dogs, 1 Cat, about 30 chickens and gulp 30++ Turkeys. Need head examined even though I am very happy.
