Both my silkie hens are on ten each. And they cover them fine. If shes a new mom I wouldnt do to many but thats just me.

I ordered a few chicks and have a few hens sitting on unfertile eggs could I sneak them in there at night and take the eggs and her to take ton the chicks?

:PIm not sure what happened. But she is bare all over her back and has a tooth looking mark.should I keep her inside or leave her with the others? Im just worried they will peck at it.

Mine  make it back over the fence every night when they run the fence line all day.

Well we got two new hens in quarantine they weren't taken care of or anything.. so I get them home put them in their own coop and run... welllllll my father put them in with the others because he thought  they were just stuck in...
