Yeah...I started yesterday, but I dont have much to do but tie a few things down...my grandpa got a total overkill generator that could power a house and a half< so his house is pretty much the hurricane fortress

What temperature should I keep my chickens (and ducks) at? I was thinking around 40, but I dont really know.

should I let my chooks out in the winter, or no?

          My Uncle found a baby bird outside and does anyone have any idea what breed it is? (sorry if this is the wrong spot to put this)

Three eggs out of eight hens plus, THEY ARE MY FIRST EGGS!!

I went to my local ag and youth fair and most birds were two to a cage and one poor hen had most of her backside pecked away, skin too!

I couldn't find anyone to report it to.
