Thanks Featherz, but what would I do with one chick? My other eggs(buton quail) aren't due for another 10 days and everyone else is too big. Poor fellah, I hate that I'm too emotionally weak to put down a malfunctioning bird.

Out out of 45 eggs set, 21 went to lock down. 1 pipped and one I did everything for it. The one I helped the whole 9-yards had a missing eye and a deformed beak! I've literaly seen nothing like it! I hope it passes away in its sleep......

Debs_Flock: that's cecrtainly better than mine. 33/45. every time the weather drops, so soes my incubator. My fixed hovabator has dropped to the lowest of 97 and highest of 102. Isn't that great? I have a winter and a summer incubator!...

Put 21 out of my original 45 into lock down. How pathtic... I had more for my GHD lock down. Well, that shows me not to stagger htch. Or whtever the word is.. My hatch is due Monday. Hoping for another 10. I surely won't win any....

Ah thanks! I feel stupid, but I had a hunch that I was wrong in my info. I bought a new wafer and it works great! I'm trusting the incubator enough to put in my Valentines day hatch in since it's stayed at 99 for 3 and a half days...

Congrats, pplz~ HereInOz, I still hope you get at least 5! I have 12 still, with 2 sickly ones that'll probably die. I got my incubator parts yesterday, and fixed up my old-style hovabator! Works like a charm~~~! My Valentines day...
