I'm not sure but I don't think there's such a thing as a silver shoulder...it's either black shoulder or not black shoulder. Those craigslist peas seem to be one of each.   Hairco, are you saying your pea in the first picture...

Pretty boy! Does look like something grabbed him.   Did you try to find his owners? My recent experiences have led me to greatly appreciate people who discover lost peas and then try to find their (very worried, in my case!)...
