Did you do a search on the forum for neosporin? That should give you all the information you need about using it.  Maybe if you search "eye injury" you might find something helpful also.  There's lots of good information...
I had a few that ended up like that after I cleaned their poopy butts.  They survived just fine.  They are now 4 weeks old and doing great! 
Very cute!  Enjoy them when they're that size!  It doesn't last very long! They will be in the teenage stage in a blink!
