Just to update - they finally started to go in at night. :) My trick - training them to use the ladder, one step at a time, with meal worms.

Okay, last night at dusk I went out and they were all huddled under the coop and they were crying! They sounded so pitiful. I had to gather them up again and put them in the coop. I am trying to get them to hop up at least the top rung...
We built one twice the size for $150...granted it's not as "pretty" but it houses the girls just fine.   Just the coop on that page is $879, the run is over $300...plus over $100 shipping for the two of them.   I love...
