It sounds to me that your humdity was too low it should be at about 70 to 80 i think but other than that (and i dont mean this as a put down at all) but it seems like you might have bad genetics within your flock, maybe some bad...

they're so cute! especially your little grey one! If I had to guess right off the bat, I'd say a muscovy but magpies have splashed feet too :) a good way to find out if you want further clarification would be to go to hatchery sites...

If you have a lot of hawks I would put something on the top for now to keep them away from the babies :) And depending on what kind of ducks you have you should have a top on to keep the flyers from escaping haha. The electric wire...

lol well actually mine are hatching are monday. I THOUGHT they were hatching on saturday but i counted wrong lol
