Are you sure that's not where it's little umbilical cord was?  I would dab a little neosporin on it and let it dry out in the 'bator.  I've had chicks whom umbilical cords take a while to dry up and fall off, maybe it's cord...

We just paid $299 to get our truck detailed and it was worth every penny.  It took them 8 hours (dreaded dog hair) and they hand washed, steam cleaned, waxed and polished everything, and now it looks (and smells) brand new....
  You got it baaaad!   P.S. (My cabinet 'bator is FULL, so pour me another cup of coffee and let's talk about our problem.)
