I have made the deviled egg chicks before.  They were a HUGE hit at the party and really easy to make.

I have seven silkie eggs going into lock down tonight.  Not my first hatch but I am still pacing.  I NEED a distraction.  Of course I have been watching ebay for more hatching eggs. Perhaps I need to find something ELSE...
