She may have lice, mites and/or worms. I'd worm her and dust her first before going to the vet.

I did the same thing...opening 3 days before hatch. The hole was through the membrane. I melted candle wax and completely covered the hole. It hatched perfectly 3 days later.

Door for sure. A weasel can easily get through small wire and kill your chickens. Nice coop!
