Lol thanks, I figured if I answered again it would make a little more sense. Not sure what we will get but I know I am getting a few ducks too. Love the khacky Campbell ducks for production of eggs. Average of 320 eggs a year isn't bad...
Yes, Rhode island Reds can be sexed at hatch from a hatchery. From a breeder as well if they know how to sex them. I know I am not from or near Colorado but I thought I would add my two cents.
Lol it means I live close to cackle hatchery, which means I have a huge variety I can pick up. We have a broody hen and she has lost a clutch of eggs already to poor decisions so I am going to let her play mommy by slipping these guys...
I love living in Lebanon Missouri. It means I can go pick up baby chicks anytime I want which is what I'm doing this morning. Who knows what will get but I do know that we are going to get some larger it later than I have now.
