Mine are roughly the size of my regular breed hens in height, though they are so active they are more slendar looking.
Thank you Tony! I will try blowing it out first thing tomorrow morning and let ya know how it works then.
Thanks! I will try that. Well, I will try it as soon as these next eggs hatch, just couldn't wait.......lol guess that's the addiction part lol
Glad all are doing good. Yeah, ya can't have just 2 eggs in there....it just ain't right
I am sooooo sorry for laughing but I am dying laughing right now! That sounds like something that would happen to me lol. And the husband going the other way....sounds just like mine!!! lol Oh and btw
Prayers coming your way.
I take the babies out when they are mostly dry. You might want to try to get the humidity down a little, though may be fine. Humidity does go up considerably during hatch.
If it were me I would crack them open. I am always curious what happened when they don't hatch out. Just be careful, those rotten can STINK!!!
In my opinion they will be fine. My hen just hatched out for me and she was on and off the eggs quite a bit in the beginning. As the days went on she spent less time off the nest. Everything should be fine. Mine was a first time broody...
