You can rinse her off with warm water but I wouldn't pull the yellow off. It's probably some of the yolk that wasn't absorbed before hatching. It should go away on its own in a couple of days if that's what it is.
One of mine appeared to have a simular condition. She started staying on the roof of the coop and only one or two other get up there with her and it has gone away. She was being picked on by the others and I was wondering how to...
Mine were friendly when small and and they went through that stage. They calmed somewhat but till they were about 5 months old they were still pretty skittish. Once they started laying it was like someone flipped a switch. Of course if...
Might leave it on tonight. Mine were outside at 4 weeks with temperatures simular to what you are experiencing with no heat. Make sure the coop is draft free and they will be fine.

One thing to remember is to wean them from the heat lamp before just booting them into the world. Take the heat lamp away several days before moving them outside. If they are feathered they have down filled underwear on. Some breeds...
Where the grass was thick in my yard they didn't do too much damage. Any shady areas where the grass wasn't real thick there are endless small craters. Hopefully they just loosened the soil and fertilized those spots and the grass will...
Some do use the heat emitters. I considered a small one if the weather got bad this winter but it never happened. There are people in Alaska and Canada that don't heat or insulate their coops.
