also i have a 3 by 14 ft run with a 3 by 4 house  i was going to build another house on the other end of the run  how big do u think it needs to be?

we are getting 20- 25 red ranger chicks and we dont have much interior space to brood them in   how space will we need? Is it ok to brood them out side?  it is kinda cold here in SE alaska how long do they need to be in...

oh yeah wondering if we need to heat the coop also?  

we are going to start raising chickens in SE Alaska.  and i am wondering how big a coop and run we need.  we are thinking 4-5 chickens.  probably 3 layers and 2 meat chickens...... what do you think??
