If your feeder has a handle on top you can tie a rope or wire to it and hang it from the ceiling high enough for them to eat and not be able to reach it with their feet. You can do the same with their waterer.

I use sponges under the wire and keep them wet with hot water. Humidity jumps from 40% to 80% in less than a minute. 80% too high?....take out 1 sponge and it drops to 70%. Works great in the LG!!!
