Ok, today is the 21st day of my eggs in the incubator. I have a lot of cracks already in the eggs from them. How Long does it usually take for the chicks to get out of the shell?

I think my chickens have some type of critters living on them? What can I use to get rid of them?

I belive my chickens have lice??? Is this commen in chickens? Also can you use human lice treatment to get rid of it? What else could I use to get rid of it?
