OK, you know one hen is not laying, but you are getting 4 eggs & think the others are laying them.  How do you know she is not laying?  Seems unlikely 3 other hens are laying 4 eggs a day.
Sevin is approved for many things, however it was found to make thin egg shells in songbirds years ago.  I am thankful I have never had to use the stuff in 20 years of chicken keeping.
Or you could just feed a feed that has probiotics in it.  Many good quality feeds use Fertrell Nutri-balancer that has probiotics in it.  If I had to give my chickens all this stuff, I don't think I would keep them.  JMHO
I don't think grain mites will infest your chickens.  Grain mites eat grain.
Did you see  mites?  If not, are you sure they are bites or an allergic reaction to Sevin or some other chemical you are using.  Just curious.
2 & 3 month olds should have feed constantly in MHO.  They are growing fast & much different then grown pullets of 20 weeks or so.  Chickens will eat & need a lot of feed while growing.
Chickens molt a year or a little more or less after they start laying.  So if you got your chickens in January & they started laying in May etc., they could be molting now.  An excellent layer will lay more than a year...

I was told when starting out that you should count on losing 10% of your chickens a year.  Now in 20 years I have rarely lost that many.  Once in awhile I will lose one in the 2-3 years I keep them.  One bunch I did lose...
