First batch of chickens turns out 4 of 6 are roo's and I cannot have rooster's so I am looking for anyone in the Saratoga Springs to Ticonderoga area ( NY) who would like one or all? I will bring to you if you prefer.

I would. I am very new my chicks and I are just 4 weeks old. I grew up in a city but now live on 33 acres in the mountains doing what I always dreamed of doing..and can use any help offerred.....
I am in Pottersville but very new to chickens. Got my first six chicks three weeks ago but they are all getting big and seem happy so I guess I am doing something right!
I have Buff Orpingtons hatched April 2nd and they look nothing ..ke my chicks. Hope that helps. Good luck..

That isn't good. I only have six chicks. What are the odds they end up pullets? And if all roos what do I do? We are in the process of building a 6 x 6 coop with a 16 ft run.....
