I just found this in one of my nest boxes. There are about 25 hens out there that just started laying so I dont know which one is responsible for this one but I thought it was worth sharing.     
UPDATE ON THE WATERER:   This thing really works great. The water container is not too large as I had feared and it stays clean. Of course I have 30 birds using it and its been hotter than all get out here so that helps....
Yea I was worried they would not take to it but they really didnt skip a beat and seem to be fine with it. They all drink from it without any problem.

The silver spangled hamburg is awesome looking. I cant tell if that is a hen or a roo though. Looking at other pics it seems that it is not a hen. Any thoughts?
