In showing is eye color a dq or just lost points? And does eye color change as they age?

mine were shipped so I have them in cut out cartons and am tilting the bator externally instead of reaching in to turn. I am also NOW rotating the lid when I tilt them and keeping the egg surface temp higher at 102 instead of 99.5. I...
