You can search the internet for coops made from pallets. I found a lot of great ideals. I made mine from a few pallets and some other free materals.  My husband and I have no building skills at all, it took us 3 weekends to build...

I am new at chickens, got the hen house and run built, went and got two 2 month old silkies. All was fine untill my hubby wanted a egg layer and didnt want to wait. He got a Barred Rock 6 months old. Well she picked on them so bad...

You will have so much fun designing and building youeself. I feel so proud of my lil hen house. Now i am looking forward to raising my lil ones.
