It could mean liver problems.  I had that happen and I gave my girl eggs and kept her inside and a few days later she was fine.  Sorry.   and Good luck!  

I have 2 chicks like this as well.  Did it end up working on your little 2 week chick eventhough it was late?

When they poop should it look blackish.  I just wormed and the poop is VERY dark.
