Im very sorry to say that the vet called..the infection from the seed had eaten into his brain...He died in surgery..It is quite heatabreaking,...He was a lovely rooster and chook...thanks for all your support, and people if a chook...

Okay hes at the vet....He has an absense...and it needs to be drained....Any one with the same problem...Get them to a vet...As if  not, you may get rid of the pus..But the scratch...grass seed is still there, making it more...

I took her too the vet, as I was taking another animal..She was given antioboitics and pain relief.

Why would he, he may have cadiac arrest just running to look at them...LOL

I believe you have a more sinister threat...Maybe a gang or raccoons, to break that much...Also something, like a wild dog, who kill for fun.   Hope you catch something----(ps.Further info for My chook please...I know...
