Maybe an Old English Game, since she's got the broody bug.
Most chickens do have spur bumps (though most females will never develop spurs), so I wouldn't use that to sex chicks. The best tell will be if the red turns very dark on her shoulders and if her comb gets very red. How old is she?
Ah, then maybe your boy is a Partridge Rock roo as well! 
Sorry, I meant that I can't see the comb well enough to tell GENDER!  Need some better photos for that, but if it's small and yellow it's probably a pullet
She does look a little like a Dorking but there is something else mixed in there as a few traits seem off (eye color, no salmon breast).
RIR rooster Partridge Rock hens   Those are my best guesses! They're lovely chickens
