I've been dying to try home cheese making. Is it hard at all? Any advice?

Nice boxes mine are temporary so they are milk crates for now. We are building some permanent ones this week. Still very excited about it all. Boys keep saying will she lay 2 tomorrow lol.

You must be very careful using horse manure. "green" (fresh) manure can easily burn young roots. My reccomendation would be to use at least year old and spread over the ground at the end pf season and plow under in the spring. That is...

I gave mine some corn on the cob and zucchini sliced thin! I swear they are 1/2 pig! Didn't take them long at all to eat every last bit.
