I am hoping to get some ducklings soon.  I want to know if ducks have enough sense to not try and get over the fence as I have four dogs or will they still try and get over even though they will be able to see the dogs.

I am interested in the deep litter method.  I am hoping to get a couple of ducks and a couple of chickens. and the coop will be a wooden shed 8 x 4 feet.  They will have a run outside and hopefully also be part free...

Great advice - I will bribe them with treats I suppose it works on children so why not.  We have been given an old 8 x 4 feet old shed which we need to collect then repair and put a run around it.  We will also let them out...
