well they are all different breeds 2 leghorns, 1 barred rock, 1 pied sussex, 1 freach grey, and all the way down to pekins and wyandotte bantams!!!! 
any one know why my eggs shells are so hard i rlly have trouble when cracking into my frying pan!!! i dont know if its the shell or something else to do with the egg dos anyone know
as long as they have grown up together they should be fine ik someone with 9 cockals and there all fine x
well if you want your chickens getting lots of sun you should have plastic roof or other wise you can use tin which is stonger but they wont get as much sun 
i have a 6x4 shed truned into a coop as long as there is enough pech room you can hold up to 18 birds.
ive got 11 chickens and i give them 4 cups of layers and 1 of corn they eat the corn but then are not intested in the layers pellets. i do have a feeder with layers pellets in side but they have not touched it. any ideas why they are...
not at all i have 2 pekins, 1 maran, 1 light sussex,1 silver wyandotte (cockal), 2 leghorns and 4 different hybirds a big mixture they all get on fine!!!
there are 2 things i found out about haveing food and water in both. 1) haveing food inside can make rats want to go inside to eat it and will chew though the coop and 2) there is a really good thing about chickens you can not ever...
can i breed my silver wyandotte bantam cockal with my large fowl silver wyandotte hens or would there be any problems with them mating or with the hatching x
my 2 leg horn hens comb are going purple on the tips any ones are the same or know whats happening
