she hatched the chicks I incubated the duck eggs and then put the ducklings under her   so far she can't tell the difference

I hatched 11 ducklings and placed them under her yesterday.  She had no trouble excepting them right along w/her own chicks.  Such a good mama!these two seem to be buddies

I think it takes ducklings a little longer to hatch.  My ducklings took 2 days.....

GOOD GRIEF is right!  Sounds like you may need to get that checked out... OUCH!

the broody is  silkie X blue rock the babies are blue or splash rocks. 

  Yea!!!  My broody Speedy's first baby has hatched!  1 down 5 to go!
