When should it be gone by?

I just started hatching and the second chick can't really stand it might me tiered but that does't seem to be the case. It just lays there and I am very worried for it. Help?!?!?!

My friends and I are doing a science project where we are hatching chicken eggs and the first one to hatch has red on its butt and some white. We have no clue what to do. There seems to be some excess something on it too....
