They should be fine. Just put one at a time in so they don't feel over whelmed with new visitors. I think they'll be fine

You really don't have to unless they are attacking each other. If they are, you need to take one out
Hmmm I'm not exactly sure. I had a chicken that hatched a chick and I took it right away, she was very worried for a bit but she calmed down in a day or two. Honestly I'm not sure. 
I don't know I've never checked about a month old
