starting into day 23 and nothing else has hatched.  All peeping in the shells has stopped yesterday morning.  How much longer do I let the eggs in the bator? 

okay now i think i'm jealous.  I can hear a chick peeping in its egg but nothing else yet.  Congrats to both of you for your excellent hatches.

I can hear others cheeping in their eggs but only see one other egg so far that is pipped.  I hope more hatch.  I wouldn't know what a poor single peep would do by itself.

Today is day 21.  I'm home from work just now and one chick has hatched and is still partially wet.  Do I leave him in the incubator until another one hatches or do I move him to the brooder by himself?  Thanks!

What incubator are you using? And are the eggs local?   I have a genesis 1588 and the eggs are from a friend's flock.  They were fresh from the nests into the incubator.
