 So my poor flock got soaked today when this Indiana storm came in out of nowhere. We had to put on the ponchos and get down and dirty in the rain to get our girls to safety. 
Ok new day and everything is great, the girls got along just fine and are going about their buesness.I want to thank you all for the helpfull things you wrote.
thanks, I just went ahead and put them in there and they seemed a little hesitant at first but they quieted down after me sitting with them all for a bit :-) Thanks for the advice, we'll see what the night brings and check them all in...
Hi All,  Just got 2 new girls to the flock, Dolly and Big Bertha one is an anthrop and the other is a silver laced Winthrop (sorry about sp) lol :-) The question that I have is whether or not to force the chickens to go inside...

I just got done building my coop and run  am putting in the perch rods does anybody know how high set them?
