no clue what happened to your chickens. Food poison or nutritional deficiencies is my best guess. I would give them some vitamins as a start.

Hi, I've googled this,hope it can help:   Baytril is effective against Coryza as well as Mycoplasmosis the other potential problem. 7 to 10 days treatment should be effective and start to show results after three days or so....
Seems like Infectious coryza to me. It's treatable. no need to cull them. Just give them some antibiotics, and they would be fine.
