3-4 weeks. Have you seen those small Cornish Hens in the grocery? Frozen foods, usually.
Welp Hatchery is great.. and also the least expensive I've found (closest to here too)  I'm going to order another 25 CornishX when the weather cools.. feed them for 3 weeks, and dress as Cornish Hens.

I'd also like to know an answer to this, but I THINK they (or any raised fowl) cannot survive .. doesn't have the instinct/training.  I imagine the predators catch them the first few nights.
