I just thought of something in the past two of my hens suffered from gape worm.. maybe her symptoms will lead to this?

Hi, i didn't feel any mass but i did notice her stomach felt really strange, jelly-like, which is really abnormal i have never felt her stomach like this before. She doesnt have lice or mites

OK i just checked and i believe it is similar to the "Ceacal" section, and no she has not been wormed before.
