The bird in the first pic, on the right is a Black Jersey Giant. The brown Leghorn, I would say is a Pullet. The comb is onot looking red at all yet, but it could change later. But for now my vote is Pullet. The poop thing sounds normal...

You will definitely have to seperate. Chicks will peck anything that looks like blood, and it will only get worse. As far as treatment of the wingess chick goes, I dont know, as I have never had to deal with this before.
