I fill the feeder in the morning and then they empty it by early afternoon. In the evening they get table scraps as a snack.

Just an update - all of them made it through the weekend just fine.  I was worried about one in the beginning but after a good night of rest he was ready to go.   They're on game bird starter and water with electrolytes...

Has anyone used these? It would be great to see some of these in use... seems to be a good improvement over the vertical style which make refilling tricky (if it's in the bottom of a bucket) and occasionally leak.   R-
